TOPIC: New forum look on mobile

Still have text cut off on the sides in portrait mode and sometimes landscape. Tried looking at Smak's new auction post just a bit ago and text on right side of screen was chopped off. Rotating screen didn't help. LG V20 phone.

I have the same problem on iPhone X.

Hey folks. I've passed the issue on to our web developer, but took a quick look myself - I can't seem to replicate the issue in emulation. I tried setting responsive design tools to iPhone X, but didn't have any trouble with cut off text unless I changed orientation to landscape. At that point, part of the display was offscreen. In order to see the whole page width I had to pinch to zoom all the way out.

On smak post if I click on page 48 then scroll to the bottom of the page the page numbers between 49-53 are hidden

And I assume you can’t use your finger to scroll to the right? (That’s how it looks on my iPhone XR)

Not the exact same spot you were talking about, but here is how i see smaks auction; text goes off the page, no way to see the rest of it.

I have the same issue on a Samsung Note 8.

Also, the welcome text is messed up again.

This is exactly how mine looks. I also had an issue with the True Dungeon character creator but it has been fixed the base of the issue was around using the iPhone’s ability to make the text larger and what it distorted in the view

There are a couple possibilities. One is that the View below the Scroll View has a size too big, while not allowing horizontal scrolling. Related, it could be that the sub View is sized correctly, but the objects in the view do not have a width set.

You can get a difference between the simulator and actual devices is the font being used is different between the computer and devices. I have run into this myself. The simulator actually uses the computer fonts, and sometimes that font on the computer shows up differently than the same font on devices.
