I also did not receive an email when the original message was delivered to me. Likely the same issue.

When I try to add an xp code for 2023 gencon darkhold keep the menu for difficulty does not load.
Thusly I have been unable to add that xp to my profile.

I'm receiving the following error when trying to enter unused XP code regardless of year of event, ion cell phone, desktop, laptop, or Ipad:

The code submitted was not found in our system or was improperly formatted. Please enter your code again for access.

This happens regardless of which account we're trying to update.

As of 13:00 Central time on August 4th, 2025 I was having trouble loading the truedungeon.com homepage (the forums loaded fine).

When the home page eventually loaded, there is an error in the middle of the page:

truedungeon.com/upcoming-events needs some updates for 2026, please! Or at least the first portion of 2026.

I know there are videos elsewhere that include the planned adventure dates, but I'd also really like to know the dates when tickets will go on sale for at least the next few VTDs so that I can set calendar reminders. :)

(I have my tickets for Jan, of course, but I'm not currently able to find the date when they'll go on sale for Feb)
