TOPIC: A word from the TSA...

Re: A word from the TSA... 15 years 5 months ago #25
YIKES! I'm pretty sure I could not do the TSA job and then ever fly again! (((Kinda like working at McDonalds...)))

Having done that ( before 9/11) I can Say Firmly... No... once you know what gets past Security... You'll never feel "safe" flying anymore.
Checkpoints catch passengers....anyone who thought about more than 15 minutes, can find a way around them.

I know that 3/4 of the Folks who had the job before... Have it still so the Security Hasn't gone up by that much....But hey... I got several pairs of Brass Knuckles when I worked that job.

You can still fly.... It's safer that driving... statistically.

I used to love watching the show Airlines. It helped to remind me why I wish most people would just die.

You'd probably enjoy "The Stand" by Steven King. But which side would you favor?
Of all the traits of humanity, there is only one we do not share with other species, which sets us apart and makes us unique
-- the ability to imagine.
