Okay, we saw ENCHANTED last night - a really fun, enjoyable movie, even if you don't go with a 10-year-old girl. After the movie, though, we had a problem. We planned on dinner at a place recommended by a friend, but it was closed. We went elsewhere, but apparently Kauai closes at 9 on weeknights. We ended up buying frozen pizza at a grocery store.

Today we went to Waimea Canyon and checked out several scenic views. All I can say is WICKED AWESOME! The views were totally Brady. The we had lunch and another shave ice (today - root beer flavor over vanilla ice cream). Then we checked out glass beach and an incredible landfill - I'll explain more when I can post some pics. Then we went to the Spouting Horn and saw some whales off shore. We finished by having a pretty good dinner at the recommended place.

More snorkeling tmr!
Okay, today we hiked to and snorkeled at Queen's Bath, which was fairly awesome. We also saw several sea turtles - those things are big! I had a rainbow shave ice, and we had dinner at a very nice hotel, eating outside with a view of several waterfalls and the ocean. We leave the day after tmr, but we are having a great time.
