TOPIC: Top Players XP

I know it isn't going to last, but I like the top players XP list right now

Yeah, I like seeing my name move up, but realize that once everyone gets around to actually inputting their XP, it'll be an equally noticeable drop.

I remember taking a.screen shot a couple of times when I temporarily bumped into the top spot.

i remember when i first started playing. i was on the "list" so far back that i didn't even bother figuring out my number/place. a few years later i noticed that i had moved up, but still too far back to worry. a couple years later, i did count and i was barely in the top 100. now slowly but steadily i am climbing higher. i have serious doubts if i will climb any higher though and i'm good with that. after all, it's about having fun.

Pretty much feel the same way. i will say that even though its only for fun, it still felt pretty cool when I finally made that top player list. It makes me wonder if they would ever consider expanding the list to maybe 200 players. Right now, there are only 6 or 7 players (at most) in the list who aren't actively running all of the dungeons. It won't be too much longer and the list will bascially be "locked" to those who are already on it.

I remember hitting the Top 100 for the first time...I was very excited! It only took about 10-11years! Still over time inevitably, people move on and eventually you move higher on the list. We all may at some point move on, but once you get there enjoy the longevity it took and be proud of that. Currently, that means you have run at least 25 different XP awarding events, possibly more if you didn't jump into hardcore immediately, and let's face it the actual number of total runs is likely MUCH higher.

I was in the top 25, but surgery kept me from going to GC 2019, so I've fallen down the list a ways. Bummed!

I checked my XP, and my very first run (2004 GC SoCal) I didn’t get any credit for any rooms - it says I reached room 0. AFAIK it was a regular dungeon. If I am short 350 than I would hit 10th level after Fortune’s Tide. Otherwise I will hit it at GC. Looking forward to it!

I must admit, I really enjoy looking back at the player XP records from time to time.

I had two accounts at one point but Drugar merged them for me and I think all the XP carried over.

For many years, I was just playing for fun on NORMAL with just the tokens I had gotten from the year before so I missed out on the extra XP for playing on harder levels.

I even skipped a few years as I had a booth at Gen Con.

So while I'll never reach the top spots, it's still nice to see my name on the Top Players page.
