TOPIC: Bruce Fishman

Hi all, with sadness I just wanted to let everyone know that Bruce Fishman (Disbeeleaf), a long time True Dungeon Nobel 9th level player, participating since 2007, passed away from ALS on January 17th, 2020. Bruce, along with his two boys and his cousin, played True Dungeon religiously. Bruce loved spending time with his boys and interacting with them in the game. He also loved going to overnights at haunted buildings, and even went to Transylvania.

Our team met Bruce’s team in 2009 at True Realm. Ever since then we would join up our two teams, filling all ten slots, and play multiple runs together each year. Bruce enjoyed playing the Druid. Once, at Whosyercon we played with Carter (Carter’s Tome of Insight) and Bruce and Carter “discussed” who had the better Druid for the game (poor Raven, I think she was the coach for us at that time). I wonder if those two are together now discussing this again.

Bruce will be sorely missed, as he was a friend and a great fellow gamer.

True Dungeon has lost another elder statesman. Our thoughts are with his family at this time.

Damn. Very sorry to hear. I'm sure both Bruce and Carter are enjoying some everlasting gaming. And I'm sure they've got their eyes out watching over the TD Family. Wishing his close friends and family all the best.
