Unless things have changed, GenCon won't mail internationally. You have to pick up at Will Call if you're from Canada.

Our crew usually gets in a day early, and then drops by the WillCall very late, after Steak&Shake... the line is rarely more than a couple people long after 1am.

And I hear that this year they're adding more volunteers to man WillCall.
