You have to be logged in as hhonors member or call in. I called in to indy embassy and got it confirmed via email after.
We're all the kind of people who enjoy the game on a "meta" level. We like talking about the game year-round. We buy tokens. We enjoy crafting. We get together during the off-season if we can. We are a very skewed demographic that way. -Raven

I am hearing from other people now that the dates are blocked, so they may have caught their error.

Still, I would recommend as indicated to call or try other options. It doesn't hurt.

Only for the Conrad. At $400 per night. Downtown Hampton shows availability for Diamond level members. Even some of the suburban propertys are showing sold out.

Thanks for posting! I also booked Embassy Suites about an hour ago as a backup reservation. Would prefer to be a bit closer but it doesn't appear that any of the closer hotels are open yet. They may be in the next few weeks so I'm going to keep checking.

Interesting. Embassy was unavailable to me yesterday morning. But things do change.

The Hilton is only about a block and a half further, so I'm happy.

If anyone happens to NOT USE their Embassy Suite room(s) that they booked today, the folks at TD could use them for volunteers. Please let me know if you can transfer the reservation to me -- once you figure out your housing.

Checked Hotels.com (logged in) and individual hotels for those listed under Gencon's Downtown Campus section, nothing seems to be available at the moment. I mean, the Conrad had an option, but it was either a single King or two Doubles, for around half a grand a night.

Oh well, good to poke around and take a look. I think my group is going to wait on the Hotel portal, with direct calling for larger suites (we might be sleeping 4-6, depending on size, space, prize, etc) as a last resort.

But thanks for the heads up all the same.

I will very, very happily use that reservation if you decide not to.

Well Embassy Suites cancelled my reservation. Guess it was too good to be true.
