TOPIC: now I remember why I hate ebay

A forum member is not happy about my combined shipping total (55 tokens purchased) I did $5 and not $6.. the small shipping box from the USPS is $5.95..yet they want it at $4.. seriously... 55 tokens....I think I am done with ebay again..not counting the 10% fees...good luck on all the buy it now auctions.

Not to mention the message I just got from Ebay saying that they will now add in the postage cost into their fees they charge for completed auctions - between the Ebay and Paypal fees, that will be a pretty big percentage of sale price - especially for smaller auctions like many tokens tend to be.

Here's a solution for this person. Offer two options:

1. Pay your actual costs for shipping.
2. Send you a self-addressed, postage-paid container which will securely accommodate all the tokens.

May I assume you posted the $5 shipping cost in the original auction? If so, this person has no valid complaint.

No seriously, whoever it is should shut up and leave e-bay to real buyers. Stuff costs to ship, there is no way around it, it's marked on the auctions, if they don't like it, don't bid, simple as that.

those were my last ebay auctions. I cant win. I have another upset person because my packaging was sliced open and the tokens missing (i blame smak and his postal uniform)...So those were my last ebay auctions...F%$k Ebay..no one is happy. I have never had a problem shipping tokens in those bubble wrap envelopes (most of you have got something from me)
I was told I should have packaged them better..if I did that people would complain about shipping.
I use to only use UPS..got yelled at for that..so goodbye ebay

i always use USPS. they seem to do really good for me...in more ways than one. i have discovered that if you can keep the tokens from moving around as much as possible in the package, it helps alot.
