Class Shuffle sounds like a neat idea for a Normal sealed-bag run. Might not work that well for anything harder or with more complicated builds. Especially not if you switch with each room (but I do like that idea).

I could always have the ferret steal a random weapon from someone and the end of each room. Then you could draw and replace it for the next room with something you pull from a rsndom bag of tokens. That's kinda how it is living with ferrets, you go to use something and realize they have stolen it and improvise.

The draw bag is critical here - don't wanna be rummaging thru my pockets in the dark. Could be fun! Weapons would only affect melee follks? Maybe require spelly-people to slide if their name is drawn?

Exactly. Everyone can be affected by ferret charm. Thinking the bag could have a Turkey leg, cursed mirroe because the ferret could see himself in it,, and other shiny stuff LOL

I like the 'ferret bag' idea. We should set it up to ensure everyone gets a 'challenge'. Would this be easier as a sealed+ run, or full builds?

Wouldn't there be a problem with changing weapons each room if it changed your To Hit bonus? I didn't think you could switch equipment if it changed the party card stats? I think we would all have to run with non-magical weapons for that.

We could still go with full builds though. It would just make the difficulty a little harder with our weapons nerfed.

I added classes in the first post in case we do full builds. Need choices for those who don't have one listed. Please PM for payment info. Any more run ideas? The 'ferret bag' seems to be the best so far; should we deputize Amanda to fill the bag to add the element of surprise?

Ohhh ohh oh! The ferret can have fun with this one. We will grab a bag and bring some fun. LOL. The +1 is the ferret's accomplice, but we like to call him our "SPPUT"! Self-Propelled Pop-Up Target!

You can. Weapons are the only tokens allowed to be swapped mid-run.

This. When you swap a weapon that changes your to-hit, it's on the honor system for the player to tell the DM that your to-hit has changed.
