TOPIC: Timing Question for start time on VTD

I'm trying to coordinate a run with my friends. One of them isn't available until 5:30 PM. If the Dungeon has a start time of 5:12 PM, and she joins us at 5:30 PM, where would we be at that point? Is that still the 20 minute coaching room? Or maybe room one?

Same total time as in-person TD, but allocated slightly differently.

In this example, we'll say your official start time is 10:00.
10:00: get checked in & chat with your coach
10:12 meet with DM
10:36 enter room 1

I would not recommend planning on someone joining your group with only six minutes before entering room 1. There is information the DM needs to get from the players as well as give to the players. Plus, there may be videos the group watches prior to entering.

That should be halfway through Coaching, or 18 minutes before room 1

If someone is going to come in this late, I would encourage the rest of the party (if possible) handle that player's Treasure Enhancers, their own character info for the DM, and ideally also the absent player's relevant info. That would help keep things smooth as possible.

I've got all the tokens, and I've filled out the party card for everyone, so I can handle her info and TE tokens no problem. Thanks for the timing information.
