The proposed Ring of Sure Wit and Charm of the Doppleganger^[sic] are open to Elf Wizard but not Wizard. Latter is shared with Druids, though.

Potion Polymorph (Sea Hag): unless Sea Hags can't breath underwater (very unlikely), this has the same ability but a strictly superior damage wheel compared to the current Potion Polymorph (Triton) . Granted, there could be in-combat roleplay / NPC interactions which mean it isn't strictly superior, but it's not often that your appearance in-combat has an effect on the NPC. Especially when nine of your friends are actively trying to kill said NPC.
