TOPIC: TD Disappearing from GenCon Online?

All but three of the time slots for TD at GenCon Online have disappeared, and my ticket's been refunded. What's up?

Mine was refunded too.

They hardly sold any tickets, so they decided to consolidate to those three time slots.

Thanks, it did go to spam in Gmail actually. I stopped looking at my spam because I get an insane amount.

Any chance of additional events on other days/times - perhaps Saturday at noon? I ask because I'm eight hours ahead of EDT, and I'm not at my best at 4 AM :-/

I got my tickets refunded as well. I havent done Virtual TD and was really disappointed to see the events all canceled like this. I get the need to consolidate the event, but It would be wonderful to have a few additional options in terms of days and times as Friday night is out for me.

There may be issue bringing in staff to support the event on a second day if they split them up.

Wonder if it's doable with a lower/low golem and vtd dm staff? Instead of several DM's in a queue instead only only a couple of DMs, Run times at 2:00 2:12 4:00 4:12 (as a example of 2 DMs and they do each do a run and then can do another run). Still require a someone to open room and you presume DM can double up and do coach duties.

In theory it sounds doable but if they're not getting the desired attendance it more than makes sense why TD isn't going through ton of effort to stretch themselves thin. Especially since Gen Con is after PAX West and v6b. TD staff may be wanting to take a breather and or get more work done for GHC which is what barely 4 weeks after Gen Con?
