TOPIC: FULL V3b - Sat 12:12 - NM - Double Down

Ever thought it'd be fun to play a Melee Wizard? Ranged Barbarian? Other bad choices? This is the run for you.

Your build needs to be optimized in a way that no sensible person would ever do. Chime in with your class preference and the non-standard way you're planning to optimize.

With the lack of responses, after chatting with edwin and dave I've decided to convert this to a double-down run.

So, no Dr. Uids on this run?

Dr. Uid optimized for range melee attacks to the detriment of polymorph and spells/spell bonuses.

Conflicting run or I would be up to play any class.

I mean, I do have a muscle wizard built out.....just sayin'

Up for joining but no finances.

Spell casting dwarf fighter who does not wear armor? But would scroll use be allowed for the dwarf

I am seeking clarification on what is allowed/not allowed, to determine if i have the tokens to make a reasonable build in order to claim a spot. In this run, can a class use a consumable that is not allowed by the token text? EX: DF/F using a scrolls.

The misfit would be that this character carries no weapons and fights with scrolls only.

Still need to follow regular token rules. So no scrolls for DF/F . For DF, I'd suggest going light armor and focusing on ranged attacks as what "against type" would mean. Though perhaps someone else would have other suggestions.

I can picture a DF that is a swissypoke. High dex rapier and use of a crossbow. Light armor or no armor. A musketeer type.

For Druid I will be maxing out tokens that help physical range attacks. No focus bonus in ring slot or shirt slot, no Arcane set though I may use parts to get extra ioun stones and charms for dex and physical range attacks this includes a token to bypass critical immunities, etc.. I plan on not casting any spells unless they help with physical range attacks. I won't be doing skill checks either.
