Thanks for the heads up and it seems like the best decision. I would never imagine asking you all to incur two shipping costs rather than have us wait a little bit. You all rock and thank you for doing everything you can. I'm sure this added a lot of stress for you all on your end, but know most folks are understanding and appreciate the honestly and transparency! I'd much rather get what I expected at some point, than have you all deal with all the trouble and have to make on the fly changes, etc.

Once all of these tokens arrive it's going to feel like Christmas 2.0.
And then it'll be an even shorter wait for V4a.

Anyway, I trust that Lori and TD are doing everything in their power to get the tokens out the door. I'll be patient.

Thank you Lori for the update. We understand that you do not control the ships (even if we don't believe it we know it to be true). A big Thank You to you and Jeff for making such a difficult decision and for the transparency you are giving us. Also, a big shout out to all of the volunteers and staff that make these times more bearable for the adventurers. Thank you for the extra treasure pull. You always take care of us.

On the bright side this small delay should allow the Post Office time to catch up on their deliveries and make the swag shipments more timely. Having fewer to track would be a plus for you and give more time to shipping preorders.

We were on a run last night and loved the adjustments/changes/upgrades that have been made to the adventure. The App continues to get better and better taking everything into account for each class--another shout out is deserved and given.

Lori, you and Jeff and the whole team are awesome! It's no problem at all that tokens are delayed a bit, and the bonus treasure pull is appreciated! As always, you not only solve a problem but make things better than before.

Thanks for letting us know, Lori. It's a bummer, but you can't control the ships or the ports. We all understand that. That TD HQ has been able to accomplish so much in the face of this pandemic is amazing. I'll just keep hitting refresh on my email until I get that sweet sweet shipping notification.

The sheer fact we can play TD online and get tokens again this year shows how innovative and awesome the TD staff and family is.

Shipping delays happen all the time, I have many stories about parcels taking over 6 months to get to me.

There was once a parcel mailed to me from the US that went to Austria first, then Japan.

long story short, keep up the wonderful work TD, we all want to see you soon.

Does this mean VTD3b swag will come with the 2021 tokens we ordered? I am happy whether it does or doesn't. Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

Lori said no, they would be different because the extra unpacking and sorting for orders would delay orders even more and cause more potential confusion, so they're going to grab the completion tokens, get our swag all out and then work on the orders.
