Panda, Steve said your ungeared friend should use the CoA, and I have an extra CoGF from Lurker you can use. I also am working with Lurker, you can either have a set of Templar armor or Blessed redoubt mail, helm, shield, which Lurker isn’t using for his Paladin. Steve also said he has extra UR gear and I have an extra +3 Viper Strike Fang, and +2 Deathcleaver. I also have an extra Mighty sling and enchanters whetstone.

I’ll get back on the armor soon.

Need anything else?

Sounds good, I'll take everything into account on their builds. Thanks!

Cos for lurker is fine, I don't know what I can lend for the rogue yet.

Honestly its all kind of disappointing from where I sit since both rogue and most of the other similarly built classes I could more easily switch myself or my wife to were also spoken for on this threat before I got here. Honestly I might just drop these tickets all together, I'm still deciding.

I saw a couple tickets pop free for this run (may have been Picc?), so I grabbed a spot. It didn't look like anyone has mentioned Druid yet, so I snagged that class, but can change if needed.

I have CoA and CoAS and spares of those to cover the holes I see currently on post 1. Also have spare nuggets people can use if needed.

ya was me who dropped. I ended up swapping my 2b for some 2a.

Hey all! I'm a newbie to (V)TD, asking about joining your run as an opera Bard.

This is literally the last V2b ticket, as of right now. So before I presume to join and/or invite myself, I figure it might be polite to ask first.

Would it be terribly inappropriate for an inexperienced bard player to tag along?

Welcome Will and welcome to the forums! I saw your other post, so I know you'll have at least a couple runs under your belt before this one. :)

I can't speak for everyone, obviously, but most of us veterans will do what we can to help ensure newer players have a great experience. So of course you are welcome to join! And yeah, those V2b tickets are pretty tough to find.

I do think the rest of the group was hoping to do at least Hardcore difficulty. Would you be up for trying that?

If you're up for the challenge, but concerned about whether your gear is appropriate, I have tokens I'm happy to lend that will help your Bard build.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I definitely appreciate any advice and insight from veteran players. Any help to enjoy the experience, contribute to the team, and improve the odds of success! So I went ahead and bought that last ticket. I see Macxdmg selected Bard, so I chose Monk since some of my gear will probably cross-over.

I'm totally down to try at least HC. I think our V2a team may or may not try HC. That depends on who else shows up for that run, but the experience will be helpful for V2b.

After having a blast, singing through V1b Normal (with veteran teammates), I want to go for more of a challenge in HC. So I followed the "Starter Bard" build thread, within my budget of course. Here's my Bard, so far: Opera Bard . Let me know if you think this is okay for at least HC. Obviously there's plenty of room to grow with some time, money, and more fun!

Feel free to use a cooks hat and a lute of free fury. I took Ranger to free up the bard for you

Thanks macxdmg! I'll try to make the most of this opera-tunity.

Seriously though, I appreciate the gesture and the loaners. It's gonna be great!

I started this thread and had posted as Ranger and Wizard. Don't have any builds to play any of the open spots. Need some help.
