TOPIC: LFO - V2b Thornbarb Pass Sunday 2:00 PM CST

Hi, I have 2 tickets to this run and I'm looking to see who else we have for this run. Currently, Amanda and I are geared for Nightmare or HC with our preferred classes being Rogue for myself and Cleric for her. I have loaner gear available to gear a full 10 person run up to HC but I'd like to see if we can get a nightmare run going. Lets find out everyone's preferences for difficulty and classes.

Hi Rex, I started a post for this too ( truedungeon.com/forum?view=topic&catid=632&id=251389 ). But now that there’s a right place for it and your post is in it, we can consolidate here.

We have 5 people, including monk, druid, barbarian, paladin, and bard. The bard sometimes does rogue but is cool with bard. We are definitely at normal level, and given the choice (as we now will be) we prefer puzzle rooms to combat rooms.

Hey Jacob, nice to meet ya. I'm glad to see we have almost everyone checked in for this run, just waiting on the last 3 slots.

If you all want to do normal that's fine however, I can assist gearing you all up to at least Hardcore including purple weapons, armor and +1 level tokens if you all want to borrow them. If you do we can either do a phone call or a zoom call and i can go over what I can loan out to you and your crew. No pressure, just wanted to at least offer my back up tokens (I'm the token holder for a 10 man crew). So, just let me know as we get closer.

I have one of the remaining tickets. I have a NM cleric build, but if we are only running hardcore I can probably put together a build for any of the remaining classes. I also have some purples I can lend out. I think I can get three other people to level 5 and a few treasure enhancers to lend if anyone is interested.

Hi Rex and Brokkr, someone beat us to Barbarian, so #5 is now dwarf fighter. Looks like there’s a fighter and a barbarian who haven’t posted yet, plus one person who hasn’t picked a class.

Also, my group’s consensus is that as long as hardcore doesn’t produce anxiety about dying, and we get to choose puzzle at least once when we get a choice, then hardcore is ok. We think of ourselves as casual, but most of us have played several times (just only once a year).
