The "EXCEPT SNAG A RAM" plaque was added after the first day; before that, the only clue you had about anagrams was the piton/point rogue clue.

That might be the case I didn't play it till Saturday on V2a.

In the room 7 puzzle when placing the names of elder druids, one name stood out to me: Benrow. The same Benrow that the Monk legendary necklace is named after. This can mean only one thing.

Yes. And Leela is the one-eyed Druid.

It's impossible to sleep in full plate armor, you have to remove it.
You would generally expect anyone wearing actual armor to remove it for sleep with the possible exception of the Monk and Wizard.

We ran quite a few times, so what's interesting for me on this is it was handled BOTH ways....one DM saying we were slow getting up because of our armor, one saying that we were putting on our armor (and in this case, letting me enter combat without it (with the associate penalties of not having the equipment on)).

One post event thought I had was the adjustment for nightmare difficulty combat. Our dwarf fighter (AC 42) went from being missed on every attack in V2A to hit on all attacks but 1 in V2B. It also felt like the save checks were higher (almost the whole party was listening the the harpies at one point or another).

Personally, I actually prefer combat to be threatening, but I'm wondering if anyone went from being OK on V2A to having serious issues with combat in V2B?

The first V2b Epic run I was on found the combats challenging and we almost failed Room 7 on time. Some of the ACs were higher than V2a. I’m pretty sure all the saves were tougher.
D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

The next room is a real thing...love the variety and I saw the calculations behaving differently. Nice

I would have where u enter the “code” for the run, also ask for the start time...given the device is typically a phone or webpage, changing the room automatically because of the horns would be a nice touch.

Jeff, please go nuts with the Easter eggs. Totally fun and alittle bit of a variation in run on sundays to see what else we can do for alternatives is a really fun thing we can do easier in the virtual than in real life.

I have to disagree with this sentiment. As much as I like a good easter egg, I would hate for folks attempting to find or trigger Easter eggs start messing up adventures for those that are just there to play. Seems like it could easily become the next treasure stamp.

We actually had the opposite, on v2a we were getting hit every time and saving half the time but still doing 200-300 damage per round with the monsters taking 4-5 rounds. V2b all seemed to have normal miss rates on our high ac guys and killing them in the normal 2 rounds
