TOPIC: LFO V1 Sat 12:36

LFO V1 Sat 12:36 1 month 3 days ago #1

We have 2 tickets for N&N Sat 12:36 slot. The other thread referencing this time slot seems defunct and trying to discuss multiple time slots so starting a new one.

At HC difficulty we can reasonably gear pretty much anything other than both wizards in the same run. At NM it would need to probably be 1 of (cleric/druid) and 1 of (rogue/barbarian/fighters).

No charms of avarice. No charms of awakened synergy. At least 1 regular charm of synergy, possibly 2.

1. Wiz/Elf Wiz (Dave)
2. Bard (Dave friend 1)
3. Paladin (Dave friend 2)
4. Ranger (Dave friend 3)
5. Unknown (Dave friend 4)
6. Druid? (Aegoce)
7. Rogue? (Aegoce friend 1)
8. Dwarf Fighter (Ken)
9. Ticket sold but no contact yet
10. Barbarian (Ryan)

Hi. Thanks for starting the new thread. The other one sort of disintegrated.

Anyway, we have the other 5 tickets currently sold. I think 3 are still available. HC would be the difficulty I know my friends are comfortable with. At that level, I can probably play pretty much anything, but my usual class is Elf Wizard or Wizard. My friends usually like to play Bard, Paladin, Ranger and I'd have to check on the other one. We can always discuss if those are classes you like to play. I just know their tokens are generally geared toward those classes. I can be flexible.

I'm the only one with a Charm of Avarice. We will all have Charms of Awakened Synergy, mostly because I have 5 and loan out 4 of them to my friends. so if you have 1 or 2 synergy, you can plan on at least getting a 6 hp boost. I hope that helps. I'm looking forward to finally playing TD again, even if it is virtual.

Just heard back on friend #4. She was hoping to play rogue, but can change to a fighter type. Your call. But, then we still don't know the other 3 in our run (I think it is sold out now).

Turns out that friend #4 does not have a printer set up, so she will be playing a fighter type (fighter, dwarf fighter or barbarian).

Hello,

I picked up a ticket to this run. I'm pretty flexible as to what class I play. It looks like Barbarian is available. I have a number of UR's+ that I can lend out.

I also have extra TE's I can lend out. PM me and we can work out a split.

So I selected Barbarian. Here is the gear that I am not using which I can lend out. I'd rather see it spread around than on one person cherry pick the stuff.

+3 Viper Strike Fang
+2 Viper Strike Fang
Viper Strike Belt
Viper Strike Shirt
Gloves of the Flying Fists
Starhide Robe
Bracers of Fast Fitness
Icecrag Hero’s Earcuff
Girdle of Frost Giant Strength
Ring of Protection +4
2x Ring of Heroism
Ioun Stone Amethyst Ovoid
Ioun Stone Garnet Cube
Ioun Stone Garnet Cube
Draco-Lich Claw Charm
Rod of Seven Parts, Segment 7
+3 Staff of Focus
Mad Evoker’s Charm
2x Shirt of Blessed Strength
2x Bead of the Lucky Traveler
Blessed Redoubt Mail
Gloves of Glory
+2 Stunning Lt. Crossbow
Charm Bracelets
Ring of Spell Storing
Libram of Looting
+2 Rod of Persuasion
Bracers of Guided Strike
+2 Assassin’s Crossbow
Necklace of the Sneak
Blessed Tempest Gloves (if you're going to run the assassin's crossbow)
Lenses of vital insight
Drue’s +5 Baton of Focus
Relsa’s Ring of Supreme Focus
Ring of Greater Focus
Shield of the Scholar
Rod of seven parts (complete)

I also have 6 extra Charms of Avarice, a charm of good fortune, amulet of treasure finding, 2x ioun stone silver nuggets,

I usually propose a 50/50 split on the treasure chips. meaning if you borrow a CoA of the 12 extra treasure chips 6 come to me. To be fair I will offer this in order of people who posted that they are in this run first.

At HC my druid build is probably already more powerful than it needs to be, but upgrading healing capability is always nice to have. Rod would let me drop ring of heroism for my own ring of spell storing (I have kilt for the set bonus). I could either upgrade from my greater focus ring to Relsa's or borrow both Relsa and the gloves. I have the +3 baton but could go with the +5. All of those would probably be better options to go on the cleric than me though unless they're already BIS.

Ovoid would be nice as I have 6 teeth but nothing in the build activating psychic yet.

On the COAs, definitely a fair offer and one I've taken in person, but I think with shipping not one that is worth the effort for virtual TD for me. I'm at 12, full run COA/CoGF would go to 21 so it would be a matter of shipping 4-5 potentially uc/r tokens.

I don't see why true dungeon can't chop the treasure up and mail everyone the proper amounts if it's recorded on the party card.

I've extended the message and offer to my friends (family of four). I know that they usually only run each dungeon once a year and their primary goal is just to have fun. They have been doing this for a number of years, but first graduated to hardcore level last year. I think they are comfortable with that. I'm also not sure if all of them will be 5th level character (I know 3 will be, but not sure about 4th). I can let you know their interest when I hear back. I know that none of them have a CoA, but I have loaned each of them a CoAS.

Personally, I do have a CoA and am geared for any level of difficulty, although I'm ok playing with whatever the group decides.
