The Token Transmuting Room will be in the same place as last year, and it will be open these hours:

Thursday - Saturday: 10am to 6pm

Sunday: 10am to Noon (pick up only, no drop off)

Please download, print out and turn in this form with your transmutes. Thanks!

Does that mean only new items are available? If I finally wanted to upgrade my Girdle of Frost Giant Strength to Surtr’s Girdle of Fire Giant Strength, I should do that through the mail? (not sure about that yet, just an example)

Can we get a box added for those of us who want to upgrade a gold border wish ring into a brown backed one?

Also, I was planning on transmuting an older legendary token or two but don't see them listed on the sheet?

Are there guidelines/rules of thumb about how many trade good transmutes are too many at Gamehole Con? We ended up purchasing several non-condensed packs in 2018, and ended up with a lot of things we need to transmute. My guess is that the 5 Aragonite and 7 Enchanter's Munition are OK, and maybe even the 13 Alchemist's Ink and 17 Alchemist's Parchment, but I'm not so sure about the 64 Darkwood Plank or the 66 Mystic Silk. Help? We don't want to be jerks to the volunteers in the transmute room, but we also don't want to ship 4 large USPS boxes full of trade good transmutes to TD HQ. Any guidance folks can offer about what is reasonable would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have seen people drop off Home Depot 5 gallon buckets full of tokens. I think you would be ok.

Full disclosure, I am not volunteering in the transmute room, so my opinion is of limited value.

Was the lack of trade good tags intentional?

Legendary token should be there( unless Jeff runs out this year of something)

If not I will trade you( if I have it) for the parts.

Secondly just write those in on the blank spaces.

Wish rings I am not sure( we were taking them at GC) so I don’t know why he wouldn’t there

I have had people drop off 400+ dark wood planks. So it’s not that bad

I'm cool with that. I usually hand write tags while waiting for the real thing. I'll just start now.

That's helpful, thanks. We've got about 250 total trade good items to transmute, and will label/package them in as organized a fashion as we can.

that should not be a problem for who ever is in the transmute room. just write your phone number so they will call when it is done

Awesome. Will do, thanks. (Actually, due to a work obligation, I probably can't make it to Gamehole Con, but my Druid and Rogue should be able to handle the trade good transmutes.)

I hope to be accepted to help in transmute room. I don’t think we have a problem with transmutes of any size... just be patient on us getting them done.
