Hi,

My friend's badge hasn't arrived yet. Has anyone else's badge not arrived? I did recommend he call Customer Service.

mine has not...but i am VIG and I do will call pick up :)

I got mine weeks ago.

Is his account set to Will-Call? If it is set for shipping there should be a tracking number on the My Packets page: www.gencon.com/my_packets

They always ship USPS signature required. If that delivery failed the badge can be picked up at the show.

Thanks, I did ask him to check the tracking. My guess is he accidentally did will call. Good to know he can pick it up at the show if it's lost.

Technically, it's not "lost." Assuming he did not do Will Call.

GenCon ships it Registered Mail which means it must be signed for when received. If it cannot be delivered then it gets sent back to the Sender (GenCon). GenCon then puts it into Will Call.

If he badge has not arrived firstly check to see if it is Will Call.

If it's not Will Call you should have been sent a tracking number.

Check that, if it's been returned there will be a box of them at Will Call so you can pick up from there.

If it's still in transit, Will Call can see that and reprint a new one.

If it's marked as delivered you will likely have to buy a new one.

I'm pretty sure 4 day and Saturday badges are nearly if not already sold out.

I saw people arriving last year to buy badges and not being able to.

She got it, first try.

I'm still waiting.
