And I extend kudos to True Adventures! They got things working quickly for the type of issue they were having. I have an understanding of the stress and conditions that they had to deal with and feel they did an admirable job in getting it resolved.

I understand not everyone got what they were hoping for, some might feel justifiably upset--which is understandable, but still feel they did great in getting the problem resolved quickly.

Also - I'm in the 2pm Thursday slot now. I can't speak for everyone else but I would be ok with having 11 rather than 10 people in it to help anyone who couldn't get in due to systems issues.

Yeah, in the end things worked out pretty much the way I hoped, it was just an interesting journey getting there.

Reworked part of schedule and shifted to one of the times where ticket purchase was working. Glad to be do many runs with Mongo.
