Arnold Schwarzenegger joined the auction today...so that's pretty neat!

I also just now realized I put this auction in the General Con Info section of the forums...oops.

Why don't you send me a message on forums or discord telling me how foolish I am? While you're at it, why not send in some bids too!

Nope. Let me just say, Catherine rolled her eyes and said "oh my god" when I told her the theme of the names. So it's something that I annoy her with all the time.

Really just anything with pinball because I mention it to her multiple times a day. Elf/<insert other race> wizards are A-OK.

Some new bids have come in causing an "explosion" (as our favorite -3 DM called it) in the augmented items. Still some cheap stuff up for grabs! Or try your luck and get a cool prop!

Maybe running an auction in General Info for All TD Cons does better then Token Auctions??? I know of at least one person (Potter) who says he never looks at "Recent Topics", so he never sees the auction threads. Not that he would ever bid...

It's worth a try. This auction got an awful lot of bidders in a very short time.

It's that hustle culture. Posting in the forums, posting jokes and tying them to the auction (like my ASPCA commercials from last auction)...just keeping it at the top of people's minds.

Also: ALL INVOICES HAVE BEEN SENT!

Also also: alias theme was famous people who are pinball enthusiasts. That list was then exhausted and I went to people who are featured IN pinball, then I started to pick people who WORK in pinball.

The next new bidder would have been the man himself, Roger Sharpe.

Another reason for the fast turnaround is probably due to the lack of Trent auctions, as I think he's done for the 2026 token season.
