TOPIC: Party Card Info

I guess this forum makes sense since it's a con related thing.

Is there an image of latest party card?

I was curious as to whether party card tracks crit range.

I’m pretty sure it’s the latest party card, on page 18 of the Coach’s guide.

I don’t see a place for crit range.

The party card in the Coach's Guide is not current.
The current version of the party card does not feature a dedicated spot for crit range, but it's likely that a coach would record an expanded crit range in the notes section.
If you're planning on swapping a ring that affects crit range, I don't think that's a good candidate.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .

My concern wasn't the new psychic ability but thinking about just how many effects now change crit ranges and how much the room DM needs to be informed of various tokens.

For instance, critting on 19-20 is much more common from non-weapon tokens and someone wouldn't necessarily know unless informed. Seems kind of annoying with everything else going on to have to process this additional piece of information.

Notes section isn't bad, though I don't think you can read crit range from apps without looking at specific tokens.

I would recommend the following be added to the party card (based on most recent in-person runs):
*Crit range should absolutely be included. It is hard for DM's to remember every class and token exception. It is rare to see the druid expanded crit range get applied. The rogue legendary is missed often. Fighter/Dw Fighter is rarely applied.
*If the player has guided strike or ability to crit/stun specific creatures.
*Routine damage modifiers that go on top of damage but aren't on the party card. Cloak of the footpad giving +2 to sneak damage, charm of shadow shot giving extra damage, etc..
*Whether or not player attacks are magical or not (comes up with normal difficulty and with druids.)

-One alternate is for players to call out their own base damage if they have complex builds. This already happens with wizards but is starting to apply with fighters (with the class necklace) and rogues (sneak modifiers).

I would also like to see crit range included, but in my case for polymorph damage. I am not sure that all combat DMs know that druids have Keen Polymorph at 5th level.
