I don't the know going rates for this stuff, but here a potential upgrades.
I'd prioritize:
Belt of the Brave - Essentially a Relic level item available for the price of a completion token.
Enchanter's Whetstone - Essentially turns both your rare melee and ranged weapons into vanilla URs as a slotless token. Maybe you could trade your Shirt of Blessed Strength for an Enchanter's Whetstone which would be stat neutral, and then you could have a different shirt.
Important rules notes (for stats that are 10 or higher):
Getting CON to the next highest even number gives you +4 HP (or +5 at level 5) and +1 to FORT saves.
Getting STR to the next next highest even number gives you +1 to melee hit and damage, thrown weapon damage.
Taking stats from an odd number down to the next lowest even number doesn't cause anything negative to happen, so a token that is "+X to something you want, and -1 to an attribute that is odd" has no downside.
I would use these general principles in your place:

The main rationale for these are:
In terms of expected value of damage, for the stat ranges you are in, more melee damage is better than more to-hit.
Will and Fortitude saves will tend to save you entire rounds of being incapacitated, or even being killed outright, and so are more valuable than Reflex saves which will tend to avoid damage.
"Hold, Slow, and other Hindrances" is a pretty common effect, normally making an appearance in at least one dungeon at least once a year, sometimes much more. If you are doing the run multiple times and it's not needed, it can be subbed out.
