Question, can Relic Recipe Fragments be used as wild cards to make Golden Fleece?
Semper Gumby, Always flexible.

Sartre sits in in a coffee shop and asks for a coffee without cream. The barista apologizes “Sorry, we don't have any cream. Can I offer you a coffee without milk instead?”

Per TokenDB, they can:

Those not wishing to make the aforementioned recipe may use this token in place of any* 2019 Monster Trophy. Thus, it could be used as a “wild card” in a recipe that requires a 2019 Monster Trophy. E.g., if a recipe calls for a Blight Bud, this token could be submitted in place of a Blight Bud token. Only 2019 Monster Trophies may be substituted in this manner. It could not, for example, be used in the recipe for Figurine of Power: Dog because that required a 2018 Monster Trophy. It may also be counted as a Monster Trophy toward a Golden Fleece trade token. There is no restriction on the number of Relic Recipe Fragments that can be substituted for a Monster Trophy when exchanging them for a Golden Fleece. E.g., you could send in 10 Fragments, 9 Fragments & 1 Trophy, 5 Fragments & 5 Trophies, or any ratio as long as they total 10 per Fleece.
*Relic Recipe Fragments may not be substituted for Monster Trophies in the recipe for Orion’s Belt.

Answer points to YES but scarcity says to offer trading them for 2 of any monster bit instead. I expect they will get swaps at 2-1 until the Orions goes out of creation time.

I don't know that they are worth 2:1. They are slightly rarer but only as useful at 1:1 and for 1 specific transmute that you still need the Monster bits for. I know a few of us were doing very limited 1:1 trades of RRF for MB to get specific MB's we needed when someone was making beads out of MB.

If anyone wants a set of RRF for 2 sets of 2019 Monster bits I will make that trade.

Anecdotal evidence shows them at least twice as rare as monster bits given the data from about 500 pulls. My personal numbers were way worse than that.

I expect that by post GHC they will be worth 1-1 but at the moment there are definitely people swapping fragments for 2 bits in both directions.

I'd just be surprised if someone took the Darkwood Plank option over the Golden Fleece option.

Certainly not 2019 bits, as those are also quite rare. I would trade 2 sets of 2018 bits for a set of relic fragments though.

Sorry you are correctthey are 9 and 3 percent on 7k pulls at Gen Con I was looking at the wrong colun thinking they were 8 and 9 percent each. I would still gladly do a set for two sets of2019 monster bits.
