TD Character Creator does a great job of summarizing the abilities. Here is the list from my Monks build (link for website in my profile).

Always In Effect
  • Deflect Missles - You are immune to non-magical missile attacks
  • Feather Fall - You take no fall damage from falling 60 feet or less.
  • Diamond Body - You are immune to posions.
  • Improved Evasion - You take no damage if you succeed half if you fail against required Reflex saving throw against damage from spells, traps, or breath.
  • May hit ranged target with Flurry of Blows
  • Immune to Psychic Blast
  • Bracers of Guided Strike - Monsters are no longer immune to your Critical and Sneak attacks
  • All potions are protected from damage & cure +1 hp when you eat/drink a cure item
  • All scrolls are protected from harm & boost damage and healing scrolls by +2 pts
Once Per Round
  • Can apply applicable oil to 1 missile weapon as free action & lasts 1 combat
  • You may deal 2 points of Force damage to all monsters.
Once Per Room
  • Stunning Fist - Your first natural 20 with Flurry of Blows stuns the target for 1 round.
  • May use 1 Potion, Oil, or Salve as a free action
Once Per Game
  • Immediately re-roll failed saving throw, must take 2nd roll May immediately re-slide one puck At time of combat death, roll d20 to raise dead self 1-10: not raised 11-19: 1 hp 20: full hp
  • You may evenly split the effect of a healing potion with one other character.
  • You may cure up to 6 points of Cold damage taken in 1 room Cures 10 points of Fire damage taken in 1 room.

Ugh I forgot to add a few to my wife's card... the split healing on a potion and the Horn of Blasting, Minotaurs horn of alert as well. oh well.. will have to update it for next year... already laminated.
You don't have to outrun the monster, just the guy next to you - The buddy system.

• Psychic power (choose 1) – Walk on water / Slow fall / ESP (negates surprise) / Planar vision (ignore 50% incorporeal miss chance) / Mind Shield (Negate failed will save)


So on mine, I list the token from which it originates in case the DM asks how I am able to do what I'm telling him/her I'm doing. However, I totally spaced on the Teeth of Cavadar powers. Thanks for the reminder.
