We were thinking of doing a charity poker tournament.

Also having a cash game before, during and after, to allow those who arrive early/dont want a tourney/ bust out to keep playing if they like.

Plus, the more players, the more for charity!

Yes, 8-10 max per table seems right. Combining tables as people bust out until only 10 remain. Then down to the last few.
