Prepping for PAX South in Two Weeks!
We are all back from the holidays, and we are in full swing to get ready for PAX South. We are very excited to be presenting ALL THREE enhanced modules at PAX South, and we hope you can attend. Get tickets HERE.

New Logo Released for 2019 Adventure!

The first adventure logo for the 2019-2020 season ("E1 - Abyssal Swamp") is here, and we are pumped about all the fun we are going to have taking our players into the murky world of the Abyssal Swamp. We are working on some cool sets and some interactive monsters that will make this adventure immersive and amazingly fun.

Work Continues on New 2019-2020 Adventures!

We just completed work on a massive vault-like, circular, stone door that your party will have to deal with to leave a certain room. It will take a good team effort to determine how to illuminate all ten embedded skulls -- and thus continue on your quest.

Tokens Are On Their Way

We received word that the 2019 Treasure Tokens are on their way here -- and they should arrive in very late in January. My best guess is that they will be processed and shipped out to individual collectors during the first week of February. Be sure to pre-order your tokens by January 15th to receive some free Treasure Chips.

My two biggest takeaways are:

That tokens are on that slow boat from China.

And we will be in a swamp at Origins. Those thinking about the 7 token challenge may want to pack boots of water walking....lol.

D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

Awesome!

When can we start to use the 2019 tokens? Some of us have onyx tokens... can they be used at Pax South , or Origins, or Origins but only on the 2019 runs?

I was wondering that too. Are Gold Nuggets usable at PAX South?

I'm not aware of any There are no temporal use restrictions for 2019 tokens. The only thing that might be inhibiting are the electronic character/party generators if by chance they have not been updated.
Have you looked it up in the TDb ?
Please post TDb corrections in this thread .

Pax is mid January and tokens don't arrive in Carbondale in very late in January. Then they are going out in Feb. I would think that would be the limit to use them at PAX.

Amorgen's has a planning version of his spreadsheet that includes the 2019 tokens. But it also applies the 2019 rules which aren't in effect until after Pax. Pick your poison.

Or perhaps the planning version is not considered official?

IIRC the people who chose the onyx set option have some already.
