There is a divergence of opinions, but you can use this as a jumping off point:

docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eDqmzgAMhmsa-Yjiktbekwc1v9EkQW4cZpKFznIbGlw/edit#gid=2075300529

You can also just peruse tokendb.com for UltraRares, Relics, Legendary, Eldritch, and Grand Eldritch tokens by slot to get a quick glance - with the exception of weapons and armor there usually aren't many more than 10 reasonable options.

Notable tokens that are not at UR or higher rarity:

Ioun Stone Beryl Prism
Brawler's Mug
Lamp of the Efreeti
Lamp of the Maird
Horn of Blasting
Rare volunteer tokens (Ioun Stone Onyx, Quicksilver, Garnet Sphere)
Greater Alcehmist Pouch
Blessed Tempest Gloves
Greater Arcane Scroll Tube
Shade Cloak
Ioun Stone Faceted Amber
Ioun Stone Violet Prism
Shirt of Blessed Strength
Charm of Enlightenment
Fiendish Charm
Ring of Dark Health
Ring of Frost
Ring of Icy Ki
Powered Plate Armor
Helm of the Boar
Masterwork Thieves Tools
The rare Lyre that lets you do bardsong underwater
Wicked Charm
+1 Thrown weapons
Abyssal Lenses of Taunting
A few of the Figurines (Salamander, Bat, Scarab)

Beware: "Deep Pockets" can cost up to $15,000 for a single build if you go bananas.
You can get a build that is like -4 to hit -8 damage relative to that for around $1,500.
You can get a build that is -4/-4 relative to that for $150.

Good advice from Matt.

Another caveat - be careful of going all-in on one class. Unless you join a group where you can arrange the party ahead of time, you can never guarantee your choice of class. You’ll be frustrated if you commit to Paladin and then be forced to choose between Wizard or Ranger.

If you do random PUGs (pick-up groups) then you’ll probably end up playing at Normal, so if your pockets are as advertised you might want to get a decent red build for all 12 classes (including casters) just in case. But there are a lot of tokens that work well on multiple builds, so that’s not as daunting as it might sound.

And playing at normal with a maxed-out build in a PUG with a bunch of newbies with weaker builds is dicey. You can come across as a jerk if you totally outclass the other players. Or, you can be the hero by saving everyone’s bacon. So it wouldn’t hurt to have a backup toned-down build.

Upon reflection, none of this actually answers your original questions... but I think they’re good points to keep in mind as you start your collection.

Thank you for the great information. It seems pretty hard to track down some of these items should be fun though. Thank you for the heads up that I may not be able to play as one specific class I didn't take that into consideration but will make sure I have a couple options.

Depending on exactly how min/man you want to be, you can almost always get one of
Barbarian
Cleric
Fighter
Dwarf Fighter
Paladin

If you are polite.

You could also make a stength/dex balanced build that uses Thors hammer and be just fine with virtually any class.

I would start with things like a Rod of 7 Parts and Boots of the 4 Winds.
The Supreme Ring of Elemental Command is a little more of a question, though deep pockets, you would want one for completeness.
Then the 4 teeth of cavadar with a way to gain psychic ability.
The 2 kilts that have been printed
A charm of avarice
An Ioun Stone Silver Nugget
First ever death in True Horde
"Well, with you guarding 2 players, that means you take 90. Are you dead?"

Is there a reason the Monk has a Charm Bracelets but is only using 3 charms?

Probably an error - Monk wants, for pure damage:

Draco-Lich Claw Charm
Greater Onyx Charm
Onyx Charm
Fiendish Charm
If their STR would become even, Wicked Charm

Or, possibly Charm of Heroism to keep their ringe free for Ring of the Eel and Ring of Frost.

Welcome!

If you just want to focus on non-casters, there is a LOT of overlap on tokens and you can be pretty flexible with classes that way.

Note that the spreadsheet Matthew posted is a theorycraft for max damage at the expense of survivability. It is useful but know that going in!

Each of the class forums often have builds too if you browse those. For example I maintain a post for Barbarian if you want to see a BIS (Best In Slot) build (my opinion anyway): truedungeon.com/forum?view=topic&catid=561&id=242394

You will notice that the majority of tokens are all-class and also work great on the other melee slider classes.

I started out with Barbarian and Fighters (almost 0 differences in tokens between those) and over time branched to Paladin, Cleric, Rogue, Ranger, Monk, and more recently even the spellcasters. I enjoy the variety of classes though.

In general, focus on: +level (several options for getting that), +treasure (if you think you will play enough to make it worthwhile), and raw stats (STR, CON, and to a lesser extent AC and Saves).

So as an example, tokendb.com/token/medallion-of-valhalla/ is a token I equip in 8 out of 12 classes, excellent raw stats. It's still in print so can be found for ~$100 from resellers, or as part of an order direct from TD. That is the type of token I would suggest seeking out first.
Classes Played: Barbarian (65 times), Monk (56), Ranger (33), Rogue (25), Cleric (21), Fighter (13), Druid (12), Paladin (11), Dwarf Fighter (10), Bard (7), Elf Wizard (2), Wizard (2)

Picked up the Rod and Boots of the four winds as they seem to be used across many classes and seem to be the go to for those slots. Went with most of the other items for the Ranger build but haven't picked up the weapons yet.

You weren't kidding about deep pockets ;)

If you end up playing non-Ranger you might want the third Eldritch set item (Supreme Ring of Elemental Command now, or wait for the Eldritch Kilt coming next year) for the +level bonus. Or perhaps a Ring or Charm of Heroism instead for those situations.

I personally really like the damage reduction on the Supreme Ring and use it on my Ranger build anyway but there are some who would say skip it in lieu of more damage in the ring slot.

For weapons it's typically the Viper Strike Fangs which can be dual wielded. They also have a long class list too and are a great option to use one-handed on those other melee classes if you need to.
Classes Played: Barbarian (65 times), Monk (56), Ranger (33), Rogue (25), Cleric (21), Fighter (13), Druid (12), Paladin (11), Dwarf Fighter (10), Bard (7), Elf Wizard (2), Wizard (2)

Or maybe Thor's Hammer should be the suggestion now. I have seen those get dual-wielded. It is debatable I suppose. With the Viper Strike Fangs you can dual-wield them on Monk too.
