In the description of Astral, it says

Two other adventures ("The Moongate Maze" and "Dancing Among Stones" are also offered as a prequels to this adventure.

"as a prequels" should just be "as prequels"

Also, you're missing a closing ) after Stones"

The True Raid description says "all players should have optimized builds of Treasure Tokens".

That may be confusing. Most of us (loot crazed munchkins) think of treasure tokens as the tokens that we get at the end of a normal adventure. Or treasure enhancing tokens.

In any case, I think it should be clear that the event has no treasure or XP awards. Just a whole lot of death. With nasty big pointy teeth.

D&D teaches all the important lessons in life - the low blow, the cheap shot, the back stab, the double cross. - Jerry Marsischky

Let them trap us. We have our swords. - Elric of Melnibone.

You try to get them to play the game, but all they want to do is play the rules. - Ardak Kumerian

I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend - Faramir

I agree with Harlax. I’m guessing this was meant to say “builds without treasure tokens.”

The Shadowlands description says nothing about XP or loot. I’m sure there will be none of the former. There’s talk of two treasure mixes (Rothfuss vs N1) so not sure if that means we should use a Grind build or Dungeon build.

Description of Astral Journey says the party must stop a Mind Slayer (not Flayer)

Also, should the N2 and N3 modules also be mentioned as being playable at GHC?

How long is the True Raid - The LoriGorgon event? 2hrs?

How long is the Into the Shadowlands event? 2 hrs?

Tickets go on sale normally Sunday April 22, 2018 at 12:00 PM Central. On this day the restriction on buying 2 ticket to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event will be lifted and anyone can buy a ticket.

AG members will have a code that let's them in on Saturday to buy as many tickets as they want to the adventures. They can also buy 2 tickets to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event.

Patrons will have a code that let's them in on Friday -- as well as buy 1 ticket for the Patron adventure "Into the Shadowlands". They can also buy 2 tickets to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event.

Codes are being emailed next week.

As i am planning my origins schedule, i am seeing that i will be running the dungeons multiple times over, and that got me wondering about true raid: is it a limit of 1 time per person? Or is there just a limit on how many tickets you can purchase for yourself? The quoted info says 2 tickets...can i buy 1 ticket for 2 times or is the second ticket strictly intended for a guest? And will two patrons be prevented from taking each other as guests on two different runs? Ie. I buy 2 tickets at 2pm and take joe, then joe buys two tickets for 5pm and takes me.

I think it would be in bad faith to do multiple runs on this depriving someone else a chance to run it.

James, I agree with you although that may not stop some people. :(

Yeah, thats kinda why i asked. If the intention is that each person can only run once, make that an explicit rule - dont rely on limiting ticket purchases.

I'd wait to see how ticket sales are for True Raid and then buy more a few weeks out if they are still available.

Thanks for being cool about the tickets. We really can't enforce ticket limits on general admission events -- other than to ask folks not to horde them.

The website has been updated to show the time length of each event.

LoriGorgon is 1.5 hours

Shadowlands is 2 hours

Looks awesome Jeff. I know you will be using Gencon's ticketing system, but what of other Cons like Gamehole?
