Looks pretty and functional:

Will/is there a way to refund tickets and if so what would be policy? Yes, refunds are easy, but Stripe won't return any admin fees. I think it is 3%.

For the runs tagged Volunteer only, there is nothing in the description, just the under the 'available to' heading. This on purpose? What description do you mean? Do you mean in the event description? Those are generic for all events of that type. What do you want to see happen here?

Selfish question above, would local install volunteers count for the above category? Or just volunteers working during the con itself? I see under my account there is a heading called Convention Groups, curious if this how you're filtering access. Install volunteers get early accesss, HOWEVER this is not being used for GEN CON.

Excellent and thanks Jeff. A statement under the event description stating this run is for volunteers only would be nice but if you have it locked so you know by account who is or isn't a volunteer then never mind.

Understand about not holding runs at Gencon, ticket supply too tight as it is unfortunately.
We're all the kind of people who enjoy the game on a "meta" level. We like talking about the game year-round. We buy tokens. We enjoy crafting. We get together during the off-season if we can. We are a very skewed demographic that way. -Raven

To be clear...tickets for Gen Con will still be purchased at www.gencon.com

Tickets go on sale normally Sunday April 22, 2018 at 12:00 PM Central. On this day the restriction on buying 2 ticket to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event will be lifted and anyone can buy a ticket.

AG members will have a code that let's them in on Saturday to buy as many tickets as they want to the adventures. They can also buy 2 tickets to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event.

Patrons will have a code that let's them in on Friday -- as well as buy 1 ticket for the Patron adventure "Into the Shadowlands". They can also buy 2 tickets to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event.

Codes are being emailed next week.

How many tickets will patrons and AG members be able to purchase to other runs?

Specufically wondering will they be able to buy full runs of Astral Journey?

Yes, it will be a normal seminar in the Origins system. Once I have an event number I will post it. It is at 9pm on Friday night.

Patrons and AG members can buy as many tickets as they want to any two-hour adventure when they first get into the site on either Friday or Saturday.
