We just launched our new ticketing website that will be used next month to sell tickets for events at Origins Game Fair. We'd love for you to give it a good look -- and let us know any feedback you would like to share. Please make an account and browse all those events.

Looks good on my iPad.

I have a memory that there were going to be some special runs for Adventrers Guild members. I don't see that anywhere.

I had just stumbled upon this site this morning. Looks great, Jeff!

I did notice that the link there on the Origins "Upcoming Events" page is broken. Probably just needs an https://.

Into the Shadowlands description shows a different price point than registration/view event slots.

Will proof of purchase/digital tickets be needed or will that info appear at checkout?

Will/is there a way to refund tickets and if so what would be policy?

For the runs tagged Volunteer only, there is nothing in the description, just the under the 'available to' heading. This on purpose?

Selfish question above, would local install volunteers count for the above category? Or just volunteers working during the con itself? I see under my account there is a heading called Convention Groups, curious if this how you're filtering access.

I don't know if this is right place to ask but did the 8th room for Adventure Guildies get dropped from Astral Journey? I don't see any different designation on the ticket website.

I don't see an option to buy the tickets. I can see the events and descriptions but am not able to purchase anything. Is this on purpose?

Thanks. Fixed.

Tickets: You will have a bar code to show at the event to redeem your tickets and bought tokens.

Yeah, the 8th room was dropped in favor of a whole new dungeon. Also, we got feedback that it would be hard for it to work well since so many AG folks are volunteers. Hopefully, the early access to tickets on Saturday (tickets go on sale for all others on Sunday) will be a good perk.

Tickets go on sale normally Sunday April 22, 2018 at 12:00 PM Central. On this day the restriction on buying 2 ticket to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event will be lifted and anyone can buy a ticket.

AG members will have a code that let's them in on Saturday to buy as many tickets as they want to the adventures. They can also buy 2 tickets to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event.

Patrons will have a code that let's them in on Friday -- as well as buy 1 ticket for the Patron adventure "Into the Shadowlands". They can also buy 2 tickets to the True Raid: The LoriGorgon event.

Codes are being emailed next week.
