So from this list it looks like the only contested class is Ranger with 5 wants. Binia might go Druid but the other 4 have only Ranger listed.

We only have 1 Bard listed, that seems like an issue. If anyone wants Bard it would be a good idea.

We only have 1 Wizard but I am not sure if that is an issue. If it is (and Kirk would loan a build) I'm happy to swap over to Wizard for this run if it's considered better than running my Druid.

2 Cleric 2 Druid 3 Paladin seems like a good amount of healing IMO? I have the 3 piece set so I'd be bumping healing rather well

Ed can you start slotting people into team Eric/Raven/Stu so that it doesn't break class restrictions? I think that will save a lot of time at the event. Then people can swap around if needed.

And yeah the rangers are a problem, hopefully one of them is kind enough to swap!

I would think we would want max healing, if anyone would consider switching.

Although I suspect it won't all be HP damage, so we may also need a lot of potions that remove paralysis, etc.

If we are really short on bards, I do have all the ur instruments... don't know strategy well enough but willing if it is desired. My AC will be in the mid 30's but my pally has AC at 43 with amulet of guarding

Here's a quick potential layout that groups the friends (that I know of) and gives all but one their first choice in class. Note that the only class that's over-desired is RANGER, with 5, including me, having it as primary. I'm switching to Druid, and for arguments sake I'm putting poor Edwin up in the air. He can join group 1 as ranger if Tsaelyn will switch classes, or group 3 as ranger if Matt Hayward's #2 friend will switch, or either group if he switches to something else.

I will build as if it's grind. I think saves will be important with group saves having been mentioned. Definitely bring consumables too.

Hey Ed - can you put Deron as Fighter with me please? He's my RL friend coming to play TD for the first time!

If there is a choice offered by Jeff, we are doing this on Epic mode. I'm pretty sure everyone from the WYC Epic Grind are on this Run (myself included) and we need a repeat win.
