I am also on this run as well as a friend of mine. I prefer to play dwarf fighter and my friend prefers to play wizard.

FYI, Fighter and Rogue have Charms of Good Fortune. If others do, hopefully we can max-out the multiplier.

I have 4 CoA's. I'm sure I'll be able to work out a split with those who do not have any TE's

I have one of the tickets. Looks like Druid is taken so I can go with a fighting type- I guess Barbarian.

I could switch to monk or elf wizard. It really all depends on what difficulty we're playing on and what your healing bonus is. I'm at +23 x 2 for each healing spell.
