TOPIC: 2026 Class Cards

General comments
Maybe it's just me, but the purple highlight doesn't really stick out of the black text around it
Some 4th level cards (Cleric, Druid, Elf Wizard) have a wood plank under the nameplate that should probably be removed
I'm assuming the background on 5th level cards are intentionally tinted purple, but that just make it seem oddly washed out compared to the sharp black and red on 4th level cards


Barbarian
Rage vs Greater Rage: I think I like the new wording on Rage. While the loss of flavour will be mourned, it's faster to understand what that box does
5th level highlighting: misssing on "Free Action" in Greater Rage

Bard
Song of Bravery: should be removed as it was the 2025 Saga skill
4th level highlighting: missing on "+1" in Bolster, Resistance, and Song of Heroism
5th level highlighting: erroneously present on damage/heal values in Sonic Dart, Soothe Wounds, and Soundburst

Cleric
Restore Spell/Restore Power: on the 4th level card, "cannot target themselves" -> "cannot target themself"
Guidance: "1 ally" implies you cannot target yourself. Intentional change?
Guidance: 4th level says "1 ally of your choosing" while 5th level says "1 ally"
Bless: 4th level says "+1 to Will saves vs. Fear" while 5th level says "+1 vs. Fear"
Bless/Prayer: "+1 to attack slides" -> "+1 to hit"
Spiritual Hammer: 5th level erroneously states 16 damage instead of 8
4th level highlighting: missing on "+1" in Guidance and Bless; and on "+2" in Prayer. Erroneously present on damage value in Spiritual Hammer

Druid
Spell Surge: should mention it takes a Free Action to activate
Spell Surge: description on the 5th level card should be updated to match new description on 4th level cards
4th level highlighting: missing on "+1" in Resistance

Dwarf Fighter
Skill Test: section is entirely missing from the card
5th level highlighting: missing on "Free Action" in Taunt

Elf Wizard
4th level highlighting: missing on "+10" in Alertness, and on "+4" in Bull's Strength

Fighter

Paladin
Skill Test: section is entirely missing from the card

Ranger

Wizard

I definitely like the Monster Lore Check in the upper section. It keeps skills together and spells separate.

It could say:

<---Monster Lore Skill Test--->

Once per combat as a standard action, a Bard may attempt to correctly identify a Glyph of the DM's choosing and gain useful monster information.

This allows you to condense the text as shown. It may allow an increase in font size.

Change Log

• Corrected highlighted text as needed.
• Moved Bard Skill Test section up to the top parchment on both 4th and 5th level cards.
• Corrected some wonky wording on several cards.
• Removed the wood banner from all cards where it still appeared.
• Missing Skill Test Sections - These were intentionally removed from some classes and have not been added back.

I really like the look of the cards.

I think the new cards are great. I would hope that new updates occur more frequently. Maybe after the end of each story arc?

Can we get these posted on the main site so they're easy to find?

Currently www.truedungeon.com/resources content still shows the old cards and the 2025 cards, and has a link on the right hand side to another page about the 2025 cards
