Do you know if the non-responsive bidder is on the TD Discord? You could try messaging them there. And/or posting in the Discord trade auctions forum that the missing bidder has until X day/time (probably a pretty short deadline) to get back to you with payment and PYP selections. If you’re not on Discord, one of us could at least link your post there to try to raise visibility.

ETA: Another option could be offering them to the next lowest bidder, if any.
