It's daily update time on this fantastic community project.

We managed to move the needle just a little bit more yesterday reaching 94.5% funded. We are getting so close! While were are now definitely in the long haul portion of the auction, there are still a number of paths to become fully funded. There are deals littered all over the auction that can get us there for sure so if you are on the fence still about bidding, now is the time to jump in.

Also, in response to you all supporting this great endeavor with such enthusiasm, I've been inspired. I am digging deep and going to augment this auction myself with a couple more items from my own collection. Let's see if we can toss in a little extra love ($) and use these goodies to blow the top off this project!

We eclipsed 95% funded yesterday! WAY TO GO TEAM!!!

Now we work on chipping away at the remaining $380ish. No, seriously, that's all that is needed to fund. That actually only amounts to an average of $1 per item each winning bid needs to be raised by. No kidding, WE CAN DO THIS! Look at what you can do and maybe what you might like to pick up for a little extra cash and let's lock this thing up by the end of the weekend for sure.

It feels so good to report that we .03% away from 96% funded. I can’t help but feel giddy thinking about this auction being on the cusp of funding. It’s time to dive headlong into the fray, push this thing to the limit and, get ordering. As LEEEROY once said, “Time’s up, let’s do this!”

We add at least 1 new bidder every day with two new bidders just yesterday. If you’re considering placing a bid but unsure of how it all works, just send me a note and I can explain it. I’m happy to. I had many questions at first as well but so many of these great folks in the community walked me through the process so I’m happy to pass on the favor.

There are some great values in this auction and some winning bids will get you good stuff for a lot less than you might think possible. So jump in! The water is just fine.

I think you're nearly a lock to fund. Since you have a hard deadline of May 18 to end rather than "it is funded once it hits 100%", there may be some people waiting to place their bids closer to the deadline. I suspect you might end up making a decent profit.

FYI, there is no profit potential here. If the amount funded goes over $8000 I will continue to add token orders with the extra balance of funds and distribute them as listed in the rules.

As a mother gently and consistently guides the growth of her children, so too this auction is growing consistently towards its goal. Over the holiday weekend we have seen it quietly eclipse 96% funded. It feels like we are going to get there soon. Can't wait for the day I get to post that we made it!

It's Monday! So far, today has not been a "Monday" but let's not jinx it shall we?

We are now past Laz's Ebay auctions so I'm hoping that means you all got that out of your system and can focus on getting a good deal from this auction. There really are some good deals left to be had here, Trust me. Dig deep and see what might appeal to you. Best case, you get something you need for much less than retail/after market. Worst case, you help TD out by pushing the auction bids up to a funded level.

I am encouraged by the support everyone has poured into this project. We are just shy of two weeks in and it's looking real good. Let's DO EEET!

It's time for a daily update (shameless excuse for a bump).

Not much to update today. For the first time since we started this auction, now two weeks ago, we did not get any activity over the past 24 hours. But that is okay! We are so close to funding it's no worry at all. I'm confident we will find a way because, to be honest, there are some steals here and I'm sure people are going to see that. As a whole, TD chatter has slowed down as we are nearing the end of the school year, we are in between VTD weekends, and some online auctions just finished up.

But, with all that being said, this auction ends 1 week from today so it's time to start thinking about putting it to bed. All we need is $315.25 to fund! YES! That's it!! Easy peasy, right?

And thank you all for your support.

It's humpday and in the past 24 hours we got some great movement at this stage of the game. We pushed right up close to the 97% funded mark with less than $245 to go!!! One good set of bids could easily push us over the hump this day! Can we do it?

In other random news, ironically the number of miles left to go on my truck to reach 100,000 miles is almost the same as the amount we need to fund. We'll call it a good omen.

We had some great movement yesterday pushing us to nearly 98% funded!!! Only $177.25 to go. When calculated down that amounts to just 47 cents per item we need to raise to fund! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

If you have been looking but unsure if this auction will fund, I encourage you to jump on the train and score a great deal before it's too late.
