TOPIC: Resolved - 2020 Patron and AG codes for VTD 3a tickets

My computer crashed earlier today and I lost access to all records of purchasers of Patron and AG codes from me for 2020. The soonest the data will be recovered is Monday.

Action - send me a PM with your email address and which code I owe you.

I will forward from my email to your email the email from TD with the code information.

Saw that my patron code was preloaded.

If you are one of the two folks who brought patron pin and code pm in my last two auctions PM me your email.

TD confirmed that similar codes were added to td.events accounts for VTD 3a as had them for previous VTDs.

This was also done for recent auction winners of Patron codes from me.

If you had Patron or Adventurer's Guild access for a previous VTD, you have been loaded into the system for 3a. If you did not redeem your original code OR have made additional purchases since we ran those codes, please contact me directly. In order to add you to the applicable group, I will need to be contacted by the person who placed the order!!! Please give me the td.events email account for the person that needs to be added and whether they are a Patron or AG member.

I will verify that the purchase was made and not given a code in the past and then put the user into the applicable group in td.events.

Please do not wait until the last minute on Friday or Saturday to request this! I will process them as quickly as I can, but if I have to dig for information it will take longer!
