Would a Wish remove that curse? And would it be worth using a Wish?

I guess Roarry would be in a better position to know the bidding patterns than us, but the structure of his auctions don't permit effective "sniping"

Since the price is set by the second highest bidder, if you get outbid someone was willing to pay more than you.

There is no reason to not enter the highest price you're willing to pay on your first bid.

If you do that, then you will never lose an auction unless someone is willing to pay more than you.

It may just seem like sniping if someone enters their bid late in the auction - but it doesn't change who would have won as long as all parties put in their top bid.

That is how I do eBay. I always put my max bid in right away. if it goes for more, then congrats to whom ever got it
I can never say I forgot to bid on an auction that way

The Censer of Sacrifice should work.

Maybe the Deck of Many Things can't be altered by anything. Good or bad. I wasn't on that GT Run, can anyone who was elaborate?

As an aside, if you are getting rid of it I'd be interested. I don't use Potions at all so no biggie for me.

It is my understanding that a Wish would be needed to cancel this powerful curse.

I don't think this holds true under all scenarios. Maybe if one item is being auctioned at a time but not when multiple items are being auctioned at the same time. Give a person a few seconds vs. an entire day to reconsider how much they are willing to pay for something and I think you'd be surprised at how many additional bids are received. When bidding on multiple Tokens if a person gets out bid on one they may decide to reallocate those funds to increase their max bid on a Token they are not winning or, bid on an entirely different Token because they deem it currently undervalued. These decisions are harder to make if they only have a few seconds to do so. By extending an auction I see small upside potential for the auctioneer with the only downside being the potential delayed receipt of cash.

So by that logic could a wish transfer it. I'm legitimately curious how Jeff would rule it.

Need to dust off the old noggin but am pretty sure Jeff had ruled (for me) that the wish ring cannot do it.

What about the Censer of Sacrifice?

I think the only thing that could was a diff deck of many things card. It was used for someone else( much worse curse)
