That is a little unpleasant.

I don't think there is a notification sent out. I just kept checking. Then put in my final bids.

Sorry about the confusion. Since the winning bid is a function of the highest and second highest bidders, I list the current price that the winner bidder will pay.

For example, if the highest bidder for Token A is $150 and the 2nd highest bidder placed a bid for $100, I list $105 as the winning bid since the highest bidder will only pay $105. When a stream of bids come in, such as $110, $125, $140, I update the winning bids to $115, $130 and $145 respectively. In all these instances, the highest bidder hasn't changed.
