TOPIC: New Token store

Recently one of my friends has gone through a run of stressful life events and needs both space in the house and money (Wife got cancer right after adopting a child, then two miracle babies after chemo and radiation, and on top of that they now have their sick parents moving in).

So I am helping sell their tokens for them to help make ends meet and make room for the parents/kids.

I'm very sorry about the stress your friends are going through, I hope that you are able to raise some money for them from the token sales.

Regarding the value of the 2005 tokens, it makes a difference whether they are 2005a (blowing wind symbol) or 2005b (rat/dragon symbol). Can you clarify which is which?

Thanks Mike.. All of the Rares I have are 2005b (didn't realize I missed the notes field on the copy/paste).

Thanks, Don! The 2005 token that has a premium value is the Bag of Holding, as that only came with the 2005B Token Collector binder. The value has fluctuated a lot, but something in the range of $40 is probably reasonable. You might consider auctioning it off on the forums instead of listing a price, in case there are a couple of people that value it more highly, maybe with a $40 starting bid?

Gotcha. Is the binder worth anything? That was in the stack as well.

In my ignorance of true dungeon, I didn't know the difference in gold vs. plat until I already had the database loaded.

The storefront is one that I programmed and I know there are some quirks, so if anyone has any questions, let me know.

At least there is at least one positive to this fight story. My friends had been trying to have a child for years and had given up. The chemo treatment for the cancer was supposed to render her sterile, but in fact made her able to have a baby. (then when she went into remission, the chemo+radiation did it again).

Which is why they are miracle babies (and unexpected, but still loved expenses).
