Our best wishes and prayers for you and your family. We've always admired your strength and drive.

I think of individuals as trees with roots (ancestors) that can feed and help develop the tree into its strongest and most beautiful self, and branches and fruit (posterity) that bring us joy and a sense of creation. Your father created and nourished a strong tree. He must be a heck of a man.

My condolences on your loss, Jeff. Having lost my own father a year and a half ago, I can say the pain lingers, but you may be amazed at just how much he was a part of your life and continues to influence you and still be a part of so much of what you do. Although he has passed on, he is by no means gone, and you will recognize his hand throughout your life.
