Ah, that makes more sense. I was trying to figure out why Jeff would overload a slot by adding me (Rob) when I was available for any time slot.

Initially I thought the problem might be due to people having extra slots and then overcommitting. (Quip had 4 slots which he traded to the Broasted. And Kim had extra slots which she gave away as well).

But it looks like Jeff assigned both of the extra players to 11 AM. (Whereas it turns out that the 12:30 PM event had excess capacity).

No big deal. I was just curious what happened! Glad you all had fun!
