TOPIC: Hawk Kin question

Re: Hawk Kin question 9 years 7 months ago #13

If I had done a second run through I would have stood next to her and "caught" her before she went out the window.

We did have some small fans to blow the curtains in, but I think it would have been cool to use the fan I saw on a flatbed being taken to a film/TV shoot - it was bigger than my car!

Tie her to party members with 100 feet of rope? That way, we call can go for a ride :P

As cute as she might have thought you were I doubt she would allow that.

Maybe this is why we did not get the sprout wings effect on the AOW.

That and we could have gone after the Wyverns directly. Flying Dwarf plants Slayer Sword in Wyvern skull. Yeah, that could have been me... ;)

All the DMs I spoke to insisted that my sisters and I were dead from the fall, but I saw them all back at the nests. We merely had our feathers ruffled from being caught unaware and couldn't admit to it by showing back up. ;)

Yeah, that sounds like HawkKin. Better to let 10 hapless adventurers continue on to their deaths than admit you missed your save vs. falling out a window! :)

By the way: I absolutely LOVED the Hawk Kin who started our party off Friday 9pm, on the LASS run. I was insolent and gave a lot of lip, but she gave it all right back, and did so with style & panache. Excellent roleplay, and it really helped me immerse myself in the adventure. (And I might have cheered just a little when the Hawk Kin was blown out the window. :)

You guys were *great*
