Thanks for the offering of tearing down, but we will be doing that around 2pm on Sunday.

You can make completed Rods of 7 parts at WYC!

Do we know what it takes to make yet? I haven't seen it listed. RoSP1-7?

So if we have already submitted requests for times do we need to submit them again. I may have missed that in the newsletter.

Oh no! The Friday event is now on Saturday when I can't be there?!? Are you sure you can't run some of them still on Friday?

No other work is needed. We will just schedule people 2-4pm on Saturday for the Mini-Event, and keep the same indicated times for True Grind.

Ack! I was hoping this would not happen. We won't be having the mini-event on Friday since we need the conference room for the Adventurers' Guild VIP Room. However, we do plan on having some fun happening inside the VIP Lounge, so you should stop in.

And the mini-event is not going to be all the special anyway. We are very tight on space so it is going to be a very bare bones thing. It is hoped that NEXT YEAR we will have a bigger space, and we can present a better event.

What about those of us that cannot do Saturday 2-4pm? Or at last maybe not at certain times on Saturday?

I was a dummy and ASSUMED everyone could make it Saturday afternoon from 2-4pm. I know there were a fair number of people who could not make it Friday night, so a Saturday afternoon time was a better idea. I will send out another newsletter tomorrow with a link to an online form. This form will be used to confirm the new times, as well as give people who can't make it from 2-4pm on Saturday a chance to tell me when they could make it. Thanks for your patience! I am trying to make this thing as fun and cool for as many people as I can.

Unfortunately I could not do both days so I choose to have Friday off because I wanted to do the mini-dungeon, I probably will not change to get Saturday off at this point....

Okay, I just sent out another newsletter with a link to a new survey. PLEASE fill it out. We are confirming that everyone saw the schedule change, and we are allowing people to tell us if they cannot make it on Saturday.
