TOPIC: Missing Event XP

I'm missing XP from one of the two events I ran yesterday. My husband who went on both runs with me got his XP for both events. The one I'm missing XP for is one where the end personel told us to write our name and e-mail on a sheet of paper and we walk away with our token draws. With 2 computers sitting back there, why do we have to write our name/email on a piece of paper rather than the staff inputting our XP right into the computer while we're standing there so they know exactly which run we were on, which character we were, what all we actually accomplished or not, etc?

The missing XP does matter too, because it should bump me to sixth level, which would give me an additional token at the end of my events the rest of this weekend.

My wife and I are missing XP from the Golembane combat run we did last night. It makes no difference in my case, but like Cynthia here it would make my wife 6th level and earn her an extra token....

Nevermind. It would have made her 5th level... and the problem has been fixed.

I am missing xp from my lycans combat run on thursday. Additionally when I gave my info I did not realize that my forum name was not linked to my email with all of my previous runs...hopefully after the con I can get these combined.

I'm still missing a nightmare run of golembane combat from 2:26 Thursday. Hopefully that will get fixed as well.

I've had problems before. From experience I can assure you, they will fix it as quickly as they can. It's madness at GenCon and the staff is over-worked as it is, especially when "volunteers" show up at training and say they've changed their minds.

So as the t-shirt says, "stay calm and roll for initiative." They take these things seriously, always have and always will, and will fix it when they can.

I am not stressing, just putting the note in that I am also missing xp from one run this weekend. The person checking us out from the Lycan run just had us write down our info on the party card and shuffled us out.

It looks like the missing XP is back this morning, at least on the forum. I see some things twice, and my run last night says Puzzle instead of Combat, but the total is right, except for the xp I have for a run I didnt do. But that's better than beig missing from the system altogether, eh? Maybe I can pick up my Nobility token now yay!

Thanks to the IT folks for sorting this out. I'm in IT QA and I know it's a thankless job, literally. We get tons of heat when things go wrong, and when we spend hours of overtime making things right we hear nothing. Silence or the sounds of crickets chirping are our applause.

Worse are the volunteers who don't even show up!

Just looked at the numbers, and when my Golembane runs get added (Lycan runs were added no problem) I will be 8th level! Hoody hoo!

I got xp for a lycans afoot normal mode instead of a golembane nightmare mode...

I am missing my xp from my golembane normal run on Saturday at 1:38pm. My info was written down on the party card and I guess it's just the waiting game for the xp to get added. I'm not stressing on it or anything. Just wanting to get the xp added is all.
