In 2013 our plans call for us to add an additional adventure to the event. There will be two consecutive adventure modules, and each module will have two variations of either a combat or puzzle orientation. The first module called “Lycans Afoot” tasks the party to travel through a dark forest in search of a tower, while the second module called “Golembane” challenges the party to reach the top of tower.

If you ran lycans and had outdoor gear you should have seen benefit, the entire run was outside so emerald cubes were basically boots of free action, boots of the vale were basically boots of elven kind etc. Maybe those effects should have been more prominent but they were in effect.

My WAG: It's not a solid silver sword, it's a steel sword with silver mixed in or plated on the outside.

I would totally agree. Most items that are "Silver" are really silver plated, thus the ability. Good point and makes sense to me :).

If it were fully silver it would be a terrible sword. Silver is not durable enough to use repeatably as a weapon.
