In 2013 our plans call for us to add an additional adventure to the event. There will be two consecutive adventure modules, and each module will have two variations of either a combat or puzzle orientation. The first module called “Lycans Afoot” tasks the party to travel through a dark forest in search of a tower, while the second module called “Golembane” challenges the party to reach the top of tower.

Added bonus in Texas is they won't sit there for life.
You don't have to outrun the monster, just the guy next to you - The buddy system.

I was summoned for jury duty and was assigned to a case. When the lawyers interviewed the jurors, I told them I was a US History teacher and my favorite unit to teach was the Constitution and Bill of Rights. The prosecutor later dismissed me.

I've been called three times and served once. On a murder trial. Took a week, and if you're expecting Law & Order or even the OJ/ Kasey Anthony trial, you're going to be wildly disappointed. Mainly it's two guys arguing over whether the word 'probably' is argumentative, and lots of listening to people speak to another person's character. There were a few exciting moments, like when they passed around the murder weapons, but otherwise it was boring. I'm glad I served, but it's nothing I'd repeat voluntarily.

Fortunately, now that I'm in law enforcement, I'll never serve on a jury again.

I worked Maximum Security (Death row part of that time) for just under six years.
