I would indeed be open to that trade.

I think I am getting the better end of the deal - but the two tokens are the same rarity so you never know.

The Tools are not something I am going to use often, I just would like to have them, likewise the cloak is a double of mine so I am happy to get something I don't have (and you never know if I keep the +1 short sword I just may end up trying to be a thief once).

If you are happy with a straight up trade, I am.

I've convinced my wife to buy me Treasure Tokens for Christmas (she didn't know what to get me, I couldn't think of anything I really wanted... yeah... so I'm a total geek, what of it?)...

Good deal, Gary. I wasn't really too interested in the cloak or thieves' tools, so I didn't miss out on anything in the first trade. *grin*

Are the tools a token that can be kept after the one use per game? (seen some debate on this.)

I think it was a good deal for me as it is a token I do not have traded for one I had a double for...both the same rarity to it was a wash to me.

As far as I know, you can use the Thieve's Tools once per room (at least thats how our Thief got to use them), and they are not taken from you after use.

Yeah, its a good deal on both parts. Those cloaks are gonna be a big thing when they get official use rulings, I think, and the thieves' tools are already a good item.
But thats my unprofessional opinion.

Well if Xeon is happy I am happy...A Cleric who could turn Thief sure does not want to anger a Paladin!

This is Jeff's brother -- I just talked to my folks and Southern Illinois (home of True Adventures) has over 10 inches of snow and so Jeff is stuck at home and can't get to work. Anything over 5 inches of snow is an apocalyptic event for Southern Illinois so I doubt he will get to work until tomorrow.

Sadly, 10 inches of snow is a dusting here in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Why don't I live in the Bahamas??? :cry:
